Aug 31, 2004 A golden pour, smallish head, light fruity aroma. Taste is some fruit, malt balanced by a bitterness, finishes a bit sour and bitter but clean and satisfying. This was a very decent bitter, quite enjoyable.

Aug 15, 2004 Dark gold color with a fairly large head. A mild aroma of malts is the only thing my nose could pick up. The taste was mediocre, just hops and malt. Nothing super.

Aug 4, 2004 Bottle. Golden coor with white head. A floral and straw aroma. Smooth and creamy, earthy and malty. Kind of what you would expect in an organic beer mixed with a bitter.

Jul 31, 2004 Decent bitter. Copper, light amber appearance, barely any head. OK malty, little hoppy aroma. Some vegtable, spicy light flavor. Def "organic". Decent brew.
