| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 9, 2004 A bit bitter but its real smooth and you can taste the hops. I plan to try out the other 6 or so different pints of Samuel Smith on stock because of the results from the organic ale Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Smooth and creamy, earthy and malty. Kind of what you would expect in an organic beer mixed with a bitter. spkldhenlvr24 (466), Newburgh/Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 31, 2004 Decent bitter. Copper, light amber appearance, barely any head. OK malty, little hoppy aroma. Some vegtable, spicy light flavor. Def "organic". Decent brew. LiamPatrick16 (124), Montgomery, New York, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 28, 2004 Copper orange color, quick medium white head. Earthy aroma, with this strange barley soup like aroma, plus some cherries hidden in the mix. Flavor is bready, metallic, peppers, some fruityness, sticky finish. Not bad, give it credit for being organic, but it’s nothing special otherwise.
