Aug 15, 2004 Dark gold color with a fairly large head. A mild aroma of malts is the only thing my nose could pick up. The taste was mediocre, just hops and malt. Nothing super.

Aug 4, 2004 Bottle. Golden coor with white head. A floral and straw aroma. Smooth and creamy, earthy and malty. Kind of what you would expect in an organic beer mixed with a bitter.

Jul 28, 2004 Copper orange color, quick medium white head. Earthy aroma, with this strange barley soup like aroma, plus some cherries hidden in the mix. Flavor is bready, metallic, peppers, some fruityness, sticky finish. Not bad, give it credit for being organic, but it’s nothing special otherwise.
