honey, flowers and iron filings, in a thinnish, quality ale - super drinkable. Beautiful color and even a bit cloudy.

Fairly light all around. Light copper color, light malt flavor and light grass aroma. Bland for a Samuel Smith's. However, this seemed to be a little fresher than the other SS's that I have had. Has a little oatmeal in it.

Pours a light gold with a stale hop aroma. Delicately falvored? More like unflavored. This might be the breweries worst offering.

This one pours very nicely with a modest white head with large bubbles. Swirls into the glass in a flurry of bubbles with a very pleasant smell, once everything is settled down, the head dissipates rather quickly but leaves a nice lace and resembles a normal nice ale. Pleasant aroma coming off of it, like something one would get in a proper pub. Decent flavor, mild malts and floral. leaves a kind of metallic finish, but not overpowering, I like this one. Samuel Smith's organic line really hits the spot!

As much as I detest most things "organic," I think this is a bit underrated. Finally, they found a brown bottle for their beers. Why can't they use them for the others? Pours a dark golden with a nice head that lasts quite a while, never disappearing, and leaves a nice lace. Very active carbonation. Smells of floral and sweet malt. The taste is light and refreshing, but it has quite a bit of character. There's a bit of alcohol as it warms up, though. Mouthfeel is carbonated and creamy with a touch of mineral. Drinkabilty is pretty good. I'll be grabbing this one again.

Aroma is malty and a bit metallic. Flavor is not particularly bitter. Mouthfeel is buttery and smooth. I cant really find something great or bad about it overall.

Clear dark yellow beer with a foamy head. Mild malty and fruity aroma. Soft and smooth, sweet fruity and malty flavor with somewhat dry finish.

Very refreshing organic ale... Brass amber look to it... Light round body...
