May 31, 2009 Bottle: pours golden amber, no head to speak of. Sweet malt aromas dominate, with a floral hint and some hop note. Flavor has some bitterness, which fades into a grainy sweetness. Light in the mouth, cool n’ refreshing. A simple beer, good with burgers.

May 31, 2009 355ml bottle. Clear golden amber with a fine, lasting white head and plenty of initial carbonation. Toffee, oranges and boiled sweet aromas on the nose. Slight hints of citrus flavours with sweet, biscuity malts, grassy hops and a long bitter finish. Medium body, warming yet refreshing.

May 31, 2009 bottle from Darts Farm, Exeter. Hazy golden yellow, mid-sized creamy head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, malty background, slightly fruity with shy but pleasant aromatic hops in the finish, which adds a citrusy character.

May 16, 2009 Clear Gold with a thin white head that fizzles out quickly. Not much of any aroma at all. Bland taste that is thin a watery. I think they could do better than this if they stay away from the "organic" ingredients.

Green apples, light malt notes, pear and a little mineral on the palate. Medium finish. Interesting, but a little middle of the road.
