Pours an orangey slightly cloudy colour. Large white head which settles down to form a fine layer over the beer. Very strong aroma of apples and pears - really nice. slight taste of the malt, the apple flavour comes through. Not to dry on the finish but very smooth from start to finish.

550 ml bottle from Wine King in Wall. Pours a slight hazed orange with a quickly and almost totally disipatting white foamy head. Aroma has lots of raw dough, white grape, slight toffee, and lots of glue notes. Medium bodied with a good dose of carbonation that really foams up in your mouth and is slightly distracting for such a low ABV brew. Flavor is very similiar to the aroma with some wierd sweet/glue flavor dominating. Some doughy bread and fruit in there as well but it’s all combined with that wierd glueness. I think the Samuel Smith yeast strain might have been purchased from Elmers.

Cloudy golden pour with a thin white head, but it still manages to look appealing. It might just be the long day. Aroma is rather yeasty and bread like with maybe a little pear thrown in there. Flavor is sweet and malty and kind of doughy. It’s refreshing, and not bad. Certainly fine beer.

Dark creamy brownish orange color with a thin creamy white foam head. Very malty aroma, caramel, bready and light fruits like apples or pears. Taste is more apples, sweet, biscuits, and not much bittering.

Pours an apricot orange with a think, sticky foam. Green apple, pear, yeast, and bready malts dominate the nose. Stone fruits, apple, hay and herbs in the flavor. A pretty good and distinctive bitter.
