Aroma of tart and semi sweet apples, probably of the Granny Smith variety. Flavor of apples, sweet and sour a bit, dry almost like champagne oddly enough. For a cider, it sure does not taste like a cider.

500 ml. Gold with a small but lasting head that leaves no lace. Aroma is pure, tart-and-sweet green apples. Flavor is the same, with a bit more earthy apple-peel character. Light body is dry, tingly and watery.

Pours a golden yellow color with a small fizzy white head. Nose is apples, vinegar, sugar, tartness. Taste is the same but the apple cider vinegar taste really comes through which makes this pretty gross and almost undrinkable. Not a fan.

Came in a big friendly looking 18.7 oz bottle. I wonder what the significance of the size is? No head after a gentle pour. No visible carbonation. Has a fairly strong alarming volatile ethanol or grain alky aroma mixed with an apple olfactory. Just a tinge darker than pale yellow. Good tingly initial carbonation. Label says carbondioxide was added. Taste is not as dry as the aroma but you definitely know its got alky in there. Seems to have a little more personality than most hard ciders I’ve had. For this same reason, it does not really come across much like an alky pop. There is a slight bitter aftertaste following each slug. Goes down easy. Big bottle disappears quickly. That quirky slight bitter finish keeps building to a rather dull lingering sensation after the session. Not bad, had many better tasting ciders.

Clear golden color with a white head. Aroma of apples and a little vinegar. Flavor of sour tart apples. Not so good, too sour.

Got it from Four Winds. Interesting cider very well rounded. Flavors of smoked apples. Very tart on the finish. Good color and nose.

Bottle from liquidsolutions. I think this is the best cider I have ever had. A wonderful sparkling gold pour with barely and head. Aroma is crisp, tart apples. Flavor is tart, crisp, clean and purely delicious fresh apples. Delicious!!

550 ml bottle bought at the Utah State Store. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. A nice overipe apple aroma with some woody sourness. The flavor is very nice; smooth and easygoing tart apples. Very juicy and doesn’t have any of that artifical flavor that some ciders have that makes drinking more than a few swigs impossible. Nice.
