Bottle pours clear light yellow with a thin white head the dissipates fast. Aroma is somewhat sour, vinegar, and apple. Mouthfeel has a stinging sensation because of the high carbonation. Body is light and watery. Flavor is sligthly tart and has an apple taste to it. Overall its just an ok cider.

(bottle): Pours a very clear amber brown color body. Good sized head, white but very quickly diminishing. Very strong apply aroma, champagne-like. Very apple cidery. Dry apple taste, light sweetness. Not bad, not overly sweet. Drinkable.

Bottle. Poured a clear golden with a thin fizzy head that settles out quickly. Sour aroma of vinigar and apple. The flavor is a little more inviting with fresh granny smith apples found. Light body and lively carbonation. Slight sour aftertaste.

Clear cider amber color with a ton of visible carbonation and a rocky white fizzy head that disappears quickly to a thin cover. A slightly funky nose, sour apples. Taste has a powerful sour tartness with an adequate carbonation level. This is a rich filling cider, not the sweet and smooth as water drinkers like Woodchuck Amber, a single bottle is not light and refreshing like those ciders but no less a joy to drink.

The Dan Journal #219. Tasted 8/7/08. 550ml bottle. Filtered with a pale golden hue. Bubbled ring of head. Fresh apple nose. Medium bodied with low acid and a mild tartness. Tangy with good apple flavors. Simple and uncomplex. Straight forward cider.

From a 500 m; bottle this was a slightly cloudy gold, with no head. Smells like apples. Light mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet. Good for its type.
