This is a mellow, enjoyable cider. It is light and fruity, but not very tart or complex. English ciders are not as sugary as Yankee ciders, and this is no exception. Loved the Victorian label.

Bottle from By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a shiny golden body with a small wispy white head. Sweet appley nose with lots of bright yeast and sugar notes. Thick, fizzy, and sweet. Very good.

“hard” tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee No hint of the alcohol in this cider. Good but it was like drinking a straight cider

Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with thin white head. Aroma is lightly sweet and faintly apple. Flavor is also lightly apple and medium sweet with a yeasty character. Finish is both sweet and lightly tart. Kind of fizzy. Not my favorite cider so far but drinkable.

Smells appley, as one might reasonably expect. flaor is crisp, with a lot of apples, again to be expected. some tast, citrusy notes in the background, and a lively carbonation throughout.

Pours pale gold with light green edges and a fizzy white head and multiple carbonation streams that are quite enjoyable to watch. Nose is (wait for it) apples, chardonnay, white grapes. Tastes semi-sweet, with a red delicious apply flavor, not too trart, with backup white grape notes.

Very light. Very clear looking. Fizzy white head. Looks bubbly. Light green apple aroma. Not much else. Sweet and biscuity. Dry apple peel taste at the finish. Lightly tart. Champagne like mouthfeel. It is what it is.
