Aroma is a little funky, too alcoholic. The flavor on this is surprisingly tasty. Exteremly bubbly and crisp with a flavor of Delicious apples. A cider I actually enjoy and would rebuy!!

Pours a crystal clear light orange color with not much in the way of a head. Good carbonation though. Aroma is pretty mild with some good cellared apple aroma and a little bit of spice. Flavor is a nice balance between sweet and tart bordering on the sweet side. Picking up some hints of spice here too. A bit of cinnamon and nutmeg maybe/ Very easy to drink. The glass was empty before I even really knew it. this is a really nice cider.

Pretty basic like baby food. Very mild and uneventful. Weak carbonation w/ smooth tartness. It’s very easy to drink. Comparatively speaking this cider is simple with defined apple flavor and not too sweet. I was let down. Maybe my expectations were too high since it says Samuel Smith on the bottle. IDK.

550ml bottle....fluffy off-white head...a light amber body with beautiful bubbles...smells like apples that are past prime, but still not unpleasant yet...light refreshing body--sweet and tart...apples a plenty throughout the palate...hearty, yet so easy to drink...yum cider yum...carbonation not overdone either

Pours with a frothy, short lasting, initially two-finger thick, pale, white colored head. This is brilliantly clear and a light gold color. The aroma smells lightly tart, clean, with a soft apple aroma and a certain, dry, white wine like note.

Sweet tasting, more so than the aroma would have suggested, but not overly so for a cider. Very clean fermentation character with a light, but crisp apple flavor towards the finish. This is lightly tart from the apples and has a nice fizzy carbonation to it that definitely scrubs the palate. I can’t believe I am saying this, but because this has such a clean fermentation profile it could actually use a touch more sweetness, it might help boost the apple flavors here.

Not a whole lot to say about this, it is a very cleanly fermented cider with only the apple character evident and even that is not nearly as complex as it could be.

Bottle. Sweet apple juice aroma with a bit of sparkling cider. Clear, heavily carbonated pale yellow with a crackling soapy white head. Very crisp attack with well-hidden alcohol, taste is straight up cider with a very bready aftertaste. Sweet and sour fairly well-balanced, but the carbonation is too aggressive, at least in the earlier moments. Medium body and very refreshing!

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, but a bit darker than many ciders I’ve had, white head. Aroma is apple cider, mustiness, woodsy. Flavor is apples, some mustiness. There’s a pleasant sparkly tartness to this one and it doesn’t taste like chemicals as some ciders can. Refreshing!

Pours an golden apple juice color with lots of carbonation.Flavor is uneventful.Has some tartness and is closer to an unsweetened sparkling apple juice. Nothing exciting here.if it was slightly sweeter then i would have enjoyed it better. Not awful but slightly above average.
