Gold color. Light apple flavor and aroma. Very simple. It does taste good, even if it is simple.

Really nice cider, smooth, apple flavor and a little sour. Yeast is actually tangible - doesn’t taste like carbonated apple juice. Smooth, nice, but perhaps not my favorite.

For a cider not too bad. Pours yellow with thin rapidly fading white head. Smells and tastes like spiced apples. Finishes weak and disappointing.

Pours a clear brassy yellow with a large fizzy white head. Aroma of apple and something not right. Medicine? Flavor is the aroma only stronger. More apple, but also the something-not-right that lingers in the after taste. Meh.

The look is very clear, goldenish in color, and has a fizzy but no real head. The smell is apples, fruit, and yeast. The taste is dry, apples, and fruit.

550 ML bottle poured a clear yellow with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of apples, vinegar and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of apples, vinegar and light earthiness with a crisp dry lightly tart finish.

550 ml bottle, pours a very clear almost medium gold and yellow with a one to two finger high white bubbled head, the head colapses after a few minutes, has some effervescence, looks a lot like a pale or premium lager, it has an aroma of dry crisp apples and little apple sweetness on the nose, flavor of apples with some sweetness, not as dry on the palate as it appears on the nose, this is crisp and dry in the mouth at the finish with a little apple flavor lingering, there is some tartness on the palate, and it has a less than medium mouth feel, nice drink, I was expecting something different in its presentation, this Cider will be a nice thirst quencher on a hot day.

Eh-pale yellow pour. Tastes applish. I am glad that I didn’t pay for it. If this would be my cup of tea I guess it’d be o.k.
