fizzy apple juice. does this have alcohol? I’d take a cider jack over this any day.

Pours a pale yellowish and clear color with a white head that disappears rather quickly. Smell i s a mix of yeast and fresh dough along with apple juice. Taste is similar to the smell with a doughy apple juice flavor. Thin body with very light carbonation. The yeastiness makes it taste goopy, and dirty, and doesn’t mix well with the crisp apple flavor. Just tastes thin, dirty and just isn’t that enjoyable.

Bottle... Poured a pale straw hue with a white head. Fresh aroma of biscuits and apples. This was one of the better hard ciders I have had. Fizzy palate with a nice tartness created by the apple flavors which lasted into the finish. Also a touch of yeast in the finish too.

Bottle. Poured golden yellow with no head and many bubbles. Aroma of ripe apples. Much apple in the flavour with a bit of alcohol bite, but only a bit. Appley finish. I like this, but wouldn’t want to spend a session drinking it.

500ml bottle. My first cider reviewed. Clear filtered looking orange tan color. Sweet apple aroma. Well carbonated, the taste is of bitter apple and a lemony white wine. Pretty enjoyable, but I think the alcohol is a touch overstated for it’s strength.
