Strong and thick for a cider, the incredible amount of carbonation is a real plus. Flavor of Red apples, green apples, and a little lemon.

Clear pale gold color with a fizzy white head. Sweet apple aroma with hints of champagne and raisin. Cheap champagne flavor with lightly tart apples and a hint of sweet dough. Airy and crisp with high carbonation.

Bottle. Pours nice golden color with plenty of carbonation and a fizzy white head. The aroma is sweet and full of apples with a faint spicy yeast hint that suggests cinnamon and raisin. The flavor is mild apple, with some dry cellar and wood notes. Sparkly finish that leads to a very interesting aftertaste, very earthy although quite faint. I kinda like it.

22 oz draft split with the girlfriend purchased from binnys (orland park, Il). Pours a transparent vibrant straw yellow. Aromas are light apple must, some dryness, and a touch of apple juice sweetness and light alcohol. Initial is a little bland, but fills in nicely with subtle apple flavor, dryness, and no cloying sugary mess. A touch calm, but appreciated. No real booze in the actual taste. Pretty good for what it is.

Bottle pours gold and crystal clear with a short lasting head and no lace. The aroma is apple and some funk. The flavor is sweet, apple, tart, and pretty delicious. The palate is cleansing and refreshing. Overall, not bad.
