Light golden color with a fizzy, diminished off-white head. A nice steady flow of bubbles drift to the surface to maintain the lid of bubbles. Smells like apple sauce. Some peel and hints of apricot and higher alcohols. Light clean feel. Mildly tart apple flavors in the front. Middle dries out with a champagne comparison and some dryness. Seems a touch thin in flavor at times with the dryness. The finish is very dry and the linger has a small return of apple peels and bit of grain. A straight forward, not overly complex cider.

Bottle. Tart apple aroma. Clear with light yellow aroma and a thin but long lasting white head. Full-bodied sweet and tart open with a apple pulp flavor at the center and a tart finish. Good Depth. Nice texture with good carbonation.

Straightforward. Tart, astringent, crisp apple flavor, only lightly sweet. Medium light body, tongue turning bitter apple finish. Great bottle, slightly dark gold, clear.

550 ml bottle from the Beverage Warehouse in Winooski, VT (November 2008), served a bit above fridge temperature from a 550 ml Sam Smith’s glass. Bubbly, huge white head fizzes away quickly above the roiling, fizzy pale gold and very clear body....dusty, dry, rather tart and somewhat musty/rotten apple aroma, not terribly pleasant, somewhat weak, though real enough I suppose.....definitely more pleasant on the tongue than in the nose, moderately sweet but full of apple rather than sucrose flavor, juicy and pretty full-bodied, with carbonation a little softer and less forced-feeling than the appearance suggests....nothing amazing in the character here, but perfectly drinkable, reasonably balanced in the dry/sweet axis....that’s about it.

Aroma of tart and semi sweet apples, probably of the Granny Smith variety. Flavor of apples, sweet and sour a bit, dry almost like champagne oddly enough. For a cider, it sure does not taste like a cider.

500 ml. Gold with a small but lasting head that leaves no lace. Aroma is pure, tart-and-sweet green apples. Flavor is the same, with a bit more earthy apple-peel character. Light body is dry, tingly and watery.
