This is absolutely one of the best ciders I’ve ever had. It is unusually bweautiful for a cider, golden with a very large white head steadily dissipatin to a thin,. lasting head and elaving even a few hints of lace. Most ciders have only a thin, airy head and, regardless of the head size, no head retention whatsoever, much less lace. The aroma is full, ripe green apples. The taste is full and crisp. It has ripe green apples, slightly tart, along with ripe sweet red apples. It’s not too sweet and not too dry, with great balance and lasting flavur. A light yeatsy character builds to the finish, really adding to the apple in the lng aftertaste. It has unusually good complexity for a cider.

Bottles from Whole Foods Fairfax and Lee’s Discount Liquor. Best cider I have yet tasted: very clean without being dry, and highly tasty without being sugary. You can taste the apples, their peels, their juice. Now if only you could get some alcohol in there...

Bottle from Once Upon A Vine - North on 08/08/2008. Very clear golden yellow body with a medium fizzy white head. Sweet apple flavor. Sweet apple and light sugar flavor. Light body with moderately high carbonation.

Bottle.

A lovely straightforward cider, musty apple-cellar aroma,, plenty of apple skins and just a bit of funk in the flavor. Right on target in terms of sweetness -- not sugar at all -- basically a dry finish but with enough sweet in there to make it apple-y rather than champagne dry. I actually really like this one and could easily drink a lot more than the 6 ounces that I got to taste along with Christmas dinner.

550ml bottle....fluffy off-white head...a light amber body with beautiful bubbles...smells like apples that are past prime, but still not unpleasant yet...light refreshing body--sweet and tart...apples a plenty throughout the palate...hearty, yet so easy to drink...yum cider yum...carbonation not overdone either

Aroma is a little funky, too alcoholic. The flavor on this is surprisingly tasty. Exteremly bubbly and crisp with a flavor of Delicious apples. A cider I actually enjoy and would rebuy!!
