Bubbly, huge white head fizzes away quickly above the roiling, fizzy pale gold and very clear body....dusty, dry, rather tart and somewhat musty/rotten apple aroma, not terribly pleasant, somewhat weak, though real enough I suppose.....definitely more pleasant on the tongue than in the nose, moderately sweet but full of apple rather than sucrose flavor, juicy and pretty full-bodied, with carbonation a little softer and less forced-feeling than the appearance suggests....nothing amazing in the character here, but perfectly drinkable, reasonably balanced in the dry/sweet axis....that’s about it.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 29, 2009 Tastes more like a white wine than a cider. Aroma is dry and slightly sweet. Seems more like a cider for those who like wine than beer lovers. RKanis (26), Cincinnati, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2009 Aroma is of apples. Pours a pale gold with a very thick, fizzy white head. Taste is more apple juice than cider. Very dry and sweet. Not bad but could use a higher abv. Maverick34 (700), New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2009 Bottled. Poured a pale fizzy yellow. Pretty standard aroma, taste was refreshing and not a whole bunch of alcohol. Pretty god. jeff789 (395), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2009 Clear fizzy yellow, lively, effervescent... Aroma is quite vinous, and very much like a regular non-alcoholic cider would be... Apples dominate the flavor profile, dry, not sweet, a nice cider, but not much better than the average ones especially given the price tag.. Crash (448), Macomb, Illinois, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 25, 2009 Poured out a crystal clear bright gold brew with a large bright white bubbly / creamy head, spotty lacing and awesome retention. A quick swirl produces a revamped cap. Very nice aroma: big, juicy, sweet gala apples, light green grapes, a bit earthy and possibly... maybe a touch of cinnamon. Solid sweet (not overly) apple taste... more of an apple flavour that you’d find with bruised apples, light musty notes throughout that balance the taste well. It’s this mustiness that has captured my interest. Nice tartness that is not over the top, consistent sweetness with light grape and a bit of yeast. A bit tingly with carbonation but it’s effect is mild overall. Drying mouthfeel, long apple finish. BückDich (4847), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 23, 2009 Bottle: Pours a clear apple-juicy color with a light head and a bit of retention [for a cider]. The nose is sharp with tannin and light crisp mustiness and tartness simultaneously. The flavor is very balanced, like a fresh pressed apple-cider; nice musky fruit, crisp tart skin and a sweetness in the finish. Perfect carbonation too with not too much yeast. Good for a fresh cider taste, but not if you’re comparing it to artisnal french ciders.
