Aug 31, 2008 550 ml bottle. Pours a golden color with a thin white head. Taste is of malt, hops, is kind of sweet and a little bitter. Aroma is much the same, but is very pleasant and noticeable. Very easy to drink, is satisfying, fulfilling and is pretty refreshing. Overall, this is a pretty excellent beer that is worth revisiting. Also, it is pretty cool that it is organically produced.

Aug 30, 2008 Bottle drank at the Bayou. Pours a clear golden body with a large thick white head. The aroma was kinda skunky malts and some light hops. The flavor was dry, quite light, and I found the hops only made this brew taste odd and almost funky, a sweet malt rounds it out. Not bad, but not my favorite.

Aug 23, 2008 bought in to complete the samuel smith line up ... a prettty decent lager ... a good bitterness level ... low lacing ... a good organic that dosn’t remind me of hippies .. not much else to this beer, to sum it up: a simple non offensive organic-fad lager from tadcaster..5%..
