Bottle: Pasteurised
A full-bodied lager with lots of malt and hop character. A touch hoppier than many lagers yet perfectly balanced with lots of fruity hop character and fragrance.

Pale yellow with a white head. Nothing special. For the price I would rather just have a Budweiser. Probably my least favorite Samuel Smith beers I’ve had. I am still trying to find the imperial stout.

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a white head. Light citrusy nose, sweetish malty notes, and quite fruity. Fruity, slightly grainy flavor with some bitterness. Medium body, and a short, fruity finish. A quite pleasant one, especially considering it being a pale lager, but that’s it. (080305)

Bottle. I was suprised at his one. It is a really good lager. Flavor is suprising complex for a lager. Nice aroma. Pale golden color. I highly recommend this one.

Bottle. Poured a clear straw yellow with minimal white head. Aroma was light floral. Flavor was was not as full as I was expecting. Flavor had notes of hoppy citris and light malt sweetness. Palate was light body with medium high carbonation. .....Is a very good beer though. I would prefer this lager over the majority....

550 ml bottle pours a slightly hazed yellow gold with a fairly large and clingy head leaving some spotty lace. The aroma is of fresh bread out of the oven and some minor hop impressions. The flavor is bready, sweet, some hops, and kind of fruity. The palate is very cleansing and has some substance for a Lager. I don’t drink many lagers, but this one is one I could drink again.

Bottle. Pours yellow-golden with an off-white head. Nice lacing. Sweetish, slightly hoppy aroma. Notes of apple and some vinegar notes as it warms. Flavour is sweetish with hops and with notes of cereals. Dry finish with alcohol notes. 10-04-08.

Pours a light golden color, with a white head that lasts for a few minutes. Strong hops taste for a lager, some grassy notes, and a little carmel in the background. Maybe a little citrus in the taste, too. Pretty complex taste for a lager. Goes down very smooth, with the right level of carbination. My experience with organic brews is that they can be harsh and course, which makes this beer all that more impressive. Great lager!
