Commercial Description:
Bottle: Pasteurised
A full-bodied lager with lots of malt and hop character. A touch hoppier than many lagers yet perfectly balanced with lots of fruity hop character and fragrance.

Bottled, 500ml, Pasteurised. Yellow gold with short lasting head. A sweet smooth lager beer without any lasting flavours. Search and you find some peardrop and a little banana, but it is mostly a bit thin and washed out. Short on the finish.

Bottle. Dark yellow, big white fluffy head. Mild grain aroma, lightly hopped as well. Light sweet taste, light hops as well. A little syrupy, but full of sweet flavour, especially for a lager. Fairly straightforward and a tad bland, but ultimately nice to drink.

01.09.06 550ml bottle. Straw colored beer with small white head that lingers. Very mild aromas of grassy hops and white flour. Sweet and somewhat oxidized malts compete with grassy and herbal hops for the background. Some lingering perfumish hoppiness. Very plain.

Bottle. Slight cloves on the nose. Watery straw with a quickly dissipating head. Gentle and very pleasant mouthfeel - perfect carb for a lager. Flavour is mellow and hoppy with a lingering fruit - maybe very slightly raisin and cinnamon. All in all a very well-formed lager and the best organic lager I can think of.

Odd, tart, sulfury nose. Very light, clear yellow with a big white head. Pleasant enough flavor--fairly light, sweet, with nice cereal flavors. Nothing memorable here.
