Beautiful golden lager appearance, more intense and and more clear than I expected. Creamy, good mouth feel, hoppy and malty with an almost fruity almost apricot note. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 10, 2005 Pours a golden body with an average frothy head. Decent malty/hoppy nose with bready hints. Without being bad, taste is unexciting: standard combination of malty, hoppy and bready flavors that could be stronger. Fairly bitter finish. Reminds me some Polish macrolagers... biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 4, 2005 Floral and mild spicy/fruity hop nose with good underlying clean malt profile. Clear golden body is topped by a thin but lasting cover of white head. Fruity hop flavour with fair maltiness and a balancing srisp bitterness. Light, refreshing body with moderate carbonation that is engaging on the tongue. Well-made and enjoyable if not terribly exciting. Bright straw color with fast disappearing foamy white head. Good hoppy bite on the front with a less-than-palatable finish. RAYBOY01 (1852), Chicago, Illinois, USA
