Bottle: Pasteurised
A full-bodied lager with lots of malt and hop character. A touch hoppier than many lagers yet perfectly balanced with lots of fruity hop character and fragrance.

Bought at Whole Food whilst on my periodic health kicks..... A fairly decent lager. Pale golden color with a fizzy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Fairly smooth. Malty with a clean finish. I don’t look to Mr. Smith for lager beer, so I’ll just be happy with trying a bottle. At least it didn’t chemically contaminate me artificially. (Is "organic" a quality we should really care about when tasting beers?)

Organic? Like their regular lager, but not as good. Thus, its ok but not really my cup of tea. Will rerate.

[12 oz. bottle] Light gold in color with a fluffy and bubbly white head. Aroma of spice, hops, sweet malts and possibly some brown sugar. Sweet taste initially with a smooth malty body and a crisp finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing.

duvel tulip glass, very hot and spicy foods: looks like a lager... my lips are burning, and it tastes too full and sweet. you see, a lager to me is something to quench with greasy american food. call me an american asshole, i don’t care, but i like this brew when my lips are burning. i need to rate on a clean palate. anyway, this is a bit tinny, but much like the paulaner lager i just had - less banana, less goodness. so you know what i prefer, baby! oh, the palate is weird... almost oily like - medicinal palate.

Bottle. Clear lt golden beer with a big white head. Spice hop aroma, but not much. Very clean tasting beer with little to no off-flavors. Some grass, some spice, some malt, but very low flavor profile. Just clean and refreshing.

Not a bad lager at all. It’s not bursting with flavor, but I think it’s a nice little brew to have on a hot sunny day.

Pale golden color with a bountiful head. Earthy, musky aroma with some floral notes. Smooth well rounded, lightly sweet on the palate. Slightly bitter aftertaste, a little tangy. A pleasant offering.
