hazy orange color, small white head, quite lacy. nose: strawberries! taste: strawberries! medium baodied, sweet strawberry finish which sticks in the back of your throat. not dreadful, just not pleasant. i expected more from this brewer, but what the heck, i don’t like fruit beer, so it is not all their fault. single bottle from binny’s orland park.

Starts out with sweet raspberries, and then finishes a bit tart. Nice flavor profile - even if it is a bit simplistic. Body is a bit thin and heavily carbonated, but overall, I enjoyed this. A solid enjoyable fruit beer. Very drinkable.

Septemberfest. Sample from a bottle shared by me. Pinkish red with a thin white cover. Aroma is syrupy raspberry. Taste is simple raspberry, sweet but not overly sugary. Better than the strawberry.

(Rating #2671)

Slightly hazed red pour with a fluffy white head and lace. Huge raspberry and that’s all. Sour start to a nice raspberry flavor. Thin and foamy. A fun drinking beer that tastes as good as it smells.

Pours red with a large pink head. Sweet aroma of raspberry. Good raspberry flavor, although slightly artificial tasting. A little thin, but pretty decent fruit beer.

Bottle at lithy’s Septemberfest. Pours purplish red with pinkish head. the aroma is strong artificial raspberry with a kind of odd off note behind it. the flavor is raspberry and some odd grainy bitterness. Meh.
