Anyway, pours that standard pale lager color, kicks up a big head that becomes lacy sponginess. A very grainy, yes, grassy smell you don’t often find in a pale beer.Graininess in the taste, too, makes for a very chewy beer that I kind of like. Distinct hop sharpness that survived its ocean journey and shelf time pretty well. Not surprised that it ranks pretty high in a category that have lots of crap megabrews. Too complex to be called a session beer. And I got all this flavor from a cold bottle. beachbum25 (802), Powellville, Maryland, USA

Sweet grain aroma. Crisp, clean, flavor of grain/grass w/some good effervescence. Somewhat like a wheat but w/more body. Long smooth finish-easy drinking beer-definately a sesson beer. Very refreshing, very enjoyable. zebracakes (1216), Washington DC, USA

Pleasant Yeasty Aroma with some spice and fermented fruit in the Nose. Medium to Light body flavour and it quite refreshig. Some funk in the after taste which is a tad skunky but not unpleasing. Maybe its the flavour I was looking for at the moment. Overall very refreshing and goes down lite but yet wirh flavour when you don’t really want a big beer. Enjoy! thewolf (5827), Kolding, Denmark
