Golden colour with a white head. Sweet malt and hop aroma. Taste quite sweet too and a good bitter finish. I followed this with a Brahma, which is much less good.

Im not much of a lager person but I must say this is one of the best (if not the best) lagers ive ever had.

Aroma of bread, bananas, and some apple. Mild dry finish. Bitter malts and grassy notes- pretty good actually for a lager.

Nice clean grain aromas and flavors. Probably the best English lager I’ve had. Very pleasant drinking.

very clean looking. fizzy, fairly thin mouthfeel. Crisp, refreshing but no head retention whatsoever.

Keg Handpump at Ye Olde Boot Inn, Chester 28/03/2006 Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a crisp slightly fruity banana flavour. Some dryness and bitterness in a malt finish.

golden hue, white head. slight biscuit sweet nose. flavors of corn, honey, malt sweetness. little to no hop character. slight funky bitterness at the end. typical english session. easy to drink and good.
