Light yellow. Nose is malty, mildly sweet. A truly lovely lager, crisp and a bit tart, bit grassy. Nice hops at the end balancing the sweeter malts. Palate is nice, bit thick and chewy. Great stuff.

This brew looks better than it tastes. It’s a fine lager, and it makes the grade, but not with distinction. There is less going on here in the palate than is typical of Samuel Smith brews. I was disappointed, especially for the price ($9 for 4). I enjoyed it, but I probably won’t buy this brew again with my own money ever again at all - probably.

This is a quality, or should I say, premium, brew. A little malt, a little hops too. A light taste that is nice for the warm summer months. It’s pretty good, though, for the price, I probably wouldn’t buy it the future.

Very light colored and light tasting. Not harsh at all, though not particularly flavorful either. No head when I poured it. Tastes fine, but only fine as in not bad. Not good either.

Bottle - somewhat floral, as the description says, with a hint of malt and maybe just a touch of skunk. Looks like Bud Light. Thankfully the flavor is better. For such a small beer it is nicely malty with a touch of bitterness on the way out.

Large white head, good retention and lace. Clear straw. light gold color. Clean bready malt nose with light floral hop notes. Light body. Clean malt flavors, medium dry with a light grassyness. A crisp, dry finish.Nice British Lager, well done old chap!

Bottled. Rich gold with malty nose and rapidly diminishing head. Has a hoppy dryness and a hint of sweetness, a league away from the usual English gutrot sold as lager but not quite in the Premiership.
