Clear and crsip with the right amount of sweetness. A great lager from a great brewery. LtJudge (432), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 2, 2004 Pours a typical yellow/golden lager color with little to no white head. Aroma is faint but light and sweet almost. Taste is also light but with a really nice almost caramel taste that goes down extremely easy. Quite satisfying. beastdog75 (337), Brick, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 22, 2003 A very good lager. Reminded me of the Czech pilseners Pilsner Urquell and Czechvar. Very easy to drink, with a decent malty flavor and notes of grass and hay. Good hop presence gives it some citric like bitterness. All round a very drinkable beer.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Dec 18, 2003 Medium golden color with a big time head and pretty good lacing. The aroma was mild but pleasant with a hint of caramel and a meadow hoppiness. The first thing that struck me was how sweet this beer tasted for a lager. Slightly acidic on the tongue with the hops catching up with the malt and a dryish finish. I have mixed feelings about this one-it was sorta interesting but seemed thin. Came in a brown bottle though, which is a step in the right direction for this brewer.
