Aroma of juicy pale malt, fruity noble hops, buttery yeast. Dry flavor, lightly fruity, apples, clean with some english buttery yeasty sourness. Gritty mouthful. Interesting one of a kind lager. 7.4.6.3.12
[Rerate 8.17.09] Bottle. Pours a very light clear gold/straw color with a nice fluffy airy medium very white fine foamy head 3.5. Aroma of apples, green and red, some light tart sweetness, little bit of grass, and very faint dough, like an apple turnover. Flavor is quite light, distant, faint, fairly bitter in the finish though. There is some distant grass, light tangy sweetness, strange yeast quality, touch of butter, but mostly bitter. Light bodied with a slightly heavier water feel, spread out small softer fizzy carbonation. I suppose it could be pretty decent on draft... 6.4.5.3.11

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 1, 2008 I usually hate lagers, but this was very clean and refreshing. It pours a crystal clear straw color with a foamy head. It delicately laced the glass. The smell was very clean. The flavor was refreshing, consisting of light grain and a gentle noble hop tartness. The finish was crisp and dry. ChainGangGuy (2613), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, bright yellow body with a thin, white ring of bubbles.
Smell: Sweetish, light pale malt aroma with a tiny grain note and hints of clover honey.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with a honeyish sweetness. Very tiny grain hint. Lightly spicy, floral hop character with a light, though lacking bitterness, so you’re left with a bit of extra sweetness for the crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A generally pleasant, well-balanced lager that has all impure brewed lagers beat by a mile. fonefan (11891), VestJylland, Denmark

Smells of sweet malts with just a tad of light hops. First sip is sweet with very little hops coming through. Pretty much flavorless. Finishes slightly bitter. Well under carbonated. Not much happening here. Worth skipping this one! Onslow (179), Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA
