Oct 29, 2008 Pours bright yellow into an English pint. Bright white micro head with good retention leaves spot lacing as it recedes. Grass aromas. Crisp and clean with biscuit upfront and a dry, sweet finish.

Oct 18, 2008 Pours a golden color with a nice 1 finger white head.Nose was malty with some floral notes.Flavor was cereal, and malty.This finished of slightly bitter but refreshing.

Oct 11, 2008 Bottle. Golden colour. Big white head. Bread and malt dominates the aroma. The has a minimal bitterness in the after taste. Too bad that this beer has an irritating taste of mays to it. In all other aspects this is a good lager beer.

Sep 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy malt aroma with a light floral hint. The flavor is lightly sweet with straw and floral hops. Nice.

Sep 19, 2008 Poured with a nice head and some lace has a nice light malty aroma. Pleasing gold color. Nice body. Very well balanced. Not a lot of flavor. Super subtle. Clean. Just not a lot there. Finish is similar to the rest. Guess it’s not bad, kind of boring. I like all the other Sam Smiths a lot more.

Sep 12, 2008 Bottle, Poured pale yellow with thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma of bread and grass. Light bodied, sweet up front, short lasting flavor. Overall, a slightly above average lager, probably much better from the source.
