Bottle. Poured a pale golden body with a huge head. Aroma is light vanilla, grains. Flavor is light grain, vanilla and some citrus hops. But all together it seemed very vegatable like(?). An odd combo.

Full pint, keg at Cittie of Yorke, Holborn. Served chilled. Golden body, under a white, filmy layer. Discreet malty to the nose. Brief flavour notes of herbal hops and some vegetables. Soft and clean tasting, but otherwise a rather ordinary lager (09.08.2008).

Bottle. Pours golden with bubbly white head. Quite refreshing; pilsner-like hops and a bit of malt. Grassy/hay notes in a pleasant way and a nice crisp finish. A very good lager, for sure.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with quickly-disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet and malty with a hint of corn and grass. The flavor has much more of the grass at which the nose hints. Past that are some generally sweet malt flavors, with a little bit of a lemon twang to it. Not particularly interesting.

(Draught at Cittie of Yorke, Holborn, London, 4 Aug 2008) Golden colour with brief, white head. Light carbonation. Malty, grainy nose with tropical fruit and grassy hops. Malty, grassy taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, balanced sweetness and slightly citrussy hops in the finish. Fresh and surprisingly decent British standard lager.
