Having never been a fan of bitter, this really suprised me. smooth bittery taste with hints of apple and also oddly tinned peaches in syrup <--- think maybe im on my own on this one. Aftertatse is much the same.

Slightly musty nose, gold color, creamy nitro head. Creamy malt taste with a low bitter. Smooth texture with a medium body. Quick profile. Could use more hops - lots more. All in all a quality beer.

Keg @ the Princess Louise, Holborn. Stunning pub - shame about the beer. Foamy yet hard. Some faint tin and apple. Unpleasant.

Finally, the last of Sam Smiths fizz offerings at the culmination of the RB London Christmas pub crawl and Joeh has successfully prevailed on us to try every thing on offer. This one is a keg bitter. One look and sniff immediately transports me back to the bad days of the 70s when beer such as this was taking over all draught ale sales. Metallic, ashy and cardboardy. Although overall, it was drinkable and not that offensive. But I won’t be drinking it again.

Nitro Keg at the "World’s Funniest Pub", The Anchor Tap, Tower Bridge, London..
0.1% increase in alcohol content, this is still a very much different beer. A lot better than the keg old brewery bitter, but still just a cruddy nitrokeg bitter. Some more fruit than the regular.
Sampled on the Ratebeer London Meetup & Pub Crawl, December 2004. With Silktork, Chris_o, & Kook.

A smooth and creamy bitter. Mild flavour. Hoppy finish. Slightly thin.
