Poured a nice copper color with a small white head. Aromas poured out of the bottle which leaned on the malty, slightly spiced and sweet side. Flavor is malty all the way through with a decent alcohol kick and a lot of sweetness. Overall a beer good.

This was a tasty beer. It’s color, taste, and aroma were of a nicely understated caramel. It’s not a particularly good-looking beer, but the hops were well presented and didn’t have an off-putting bite. There was a little citrus, which was a nice complement.

Blah. Typical English strong ale. Aroma was decent. Mostly hops and butterscotch (?). Pour was a decent medium thick gold with placid bubbles and no head. Taste was mostly stale caramel, lemon and dusty hops. Little to no carbonation. Not a drainpour, but not very enjoyable overall.

Appearance is copper in color with an average sized white head. Aroma is of caramel and nuts. Flavor is of toffee caramel, and a slight alcohol warmth.

Pours clear copper with a white head, looks like an IPA. Aroma of caramel, yeast, citrus. Taste is more malt and caramel, with some light hops. Body is medium with decent carbonation. Overall, a decent ale.
