Samuel Smiths Yorkshire Bitter

Cask in the City of york, Holborn. Alround rating: Starts thin and a bit fucked really, but then moves onto a far more malty and complex beast, as it warms tabasco and brett start to come through and by the end its reminisant of harveys pale ale. Good show for the %.

Copper color, head fades quickly. Had this in Duke of Argyll Pub in soho London. A very pleasant bitter

Cask @ Cittie of York, London. Nose of malt and hops. Pours a dark copper colour with minimal head. Taste is light but intersting. Very fresh tasting with malt and hops predominant. A nice bitter.
