I've had many brown ales this color...transparent medium brown. The aroma was of burnt peanuts, and slight hops bitterness. The flavor was exactly like a Butterfinger's candy bar (sweet peanut butter and chocolate)...it was actually quite enjoyable. The feel was watery and too thin.
