sample @ SDBC Pours golden, thin white head. Aroma and taste, hoppy, malty, sugary fruits with hints of apple and banana. The aroma had a distinct flavor that I could not pinpoint and made the aroma on the bizarre side.Finish is light, enjoyable and fruity, though not what I had expected of the style.

I really enjoyed this beer. I was told it will soon be called trophy wife. It is like a belgian meets a micro amount of an IPA.. the ending result reminds me of a Dogfish head 90 minute IPA... overall excellent beer. Also was served by the main brewer he was a great guy!

On tap at SDBC. Color was a bit darker than expected; clear orangish-gold. Aroma of wheat and flowers. Flavor also had a bit of a pronounced flower hoppiness. I prefer my triples more wheat focused with a good dose of banana. This did not seem very true to the style. Still it was an ok beer.
