Jul 20, 2006 Draft at SDBC. amber pour with average head. Aromas were some citrus, but mostly Apricot. The Apricot was so strong, I was sure I was going to get some in the flavor. I almost did. Just as the Apricot was starting to come through, the soapy hops took over. Very hoppy on the finish. Somewhat grassy, but mostly soapy. Decent

May 10, 2003 A light brown orange color. Not much aroma. This is their only brew that actually has some flavor. Taste bitter hops.

May 10, 2003 An amber color with no head. The aroma is of grapefruit and some hops. The flavor is of grapefruit and a touch of hops and a bit bitter. An average pale ale.

Jun 3, 2002 Slightly floral aroma. Strong cascade hops. Pretty much like every brewpub pale out there. I haven’t looked, but I’ll bet I have like 8 pale ales rated 6-4-6-4-12 by now.
