The Apricot was so strong, I was sure I was going to get some in the flavor. I almost did. Just as the Apricot was starting to come through, the soapy hops took over. Very hoppy on the finish. Strong cascade hops. Pretty much like every brewpub pale out there. I haven’t looked, but I’ll bet I have like 8 pale ales rated 6-4-6-4-12 by now.
