BillKismet (1439), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 26, 2008 Blonde with light film of head. Slightly tannic grain aroma. Light dank, grainy flavor that is unsatisfying and becomes increasingly tannic-sour on the finish. Bobsy (196), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 2, 2008 Sampler at the brewpub. Gold body, and a light white head. Sweet aroma. Flavour is light and grainy, with a crisp palate. I don’t like lagers, but I can tell this is one of the better ones. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Dec 17, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small head. Sweet and fruity. notes of butter, paper and raspberries. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Fairly low bitterness. Quite well balanced. Not a pilsener in my books, but pretty good. Ale_Drinker (1072), Sunnyvale, California, USA Nov 4, 2007 One of the nicest pilsners I’ve tasted. Extremely clean and crisp. A light straw flavor but mostly very dry and easy. hotstuff (3045), Indiana, USA Oct 14, 2007 Draft at SFBC. Ivory small head that mostly diminished, not much lacing, transparent, very little carbonation, and a golden hue. Nose was malty and hoppy. Ditto for the flavor with a watery taste. Smooth, watery mouthfeel. Light body. Okay for the style, but not one I would go out of my way to get.
