Apr 14, 2009 Tap at the brewpub: Very pale yellow effervescent pour. Nice saaz aroma- crisp, grassy with a light crackery malt background. Light body with a dry flavor. A bit thin with a mild crackery pilsner base followed by grassy/restrained saaz charcter. What’s present in this beer is good, there’s just not quite enough body nor bitterness. Solid though. Many of this places beers are underrated.
