Black with ring of head. Roast coffee greets the nose. Okay coffee flavor with a bit of tinniness.

Draught at the brewpub. Black, creamy nitro head. Strong roasty coffee aroma,. Dry and cottony soft with lots of coffee. salty bitter finish. Unusual good nitro stout.

Very nice stout here. Pours black with a thick offwhite head. Aromas of roasted and burnt malt. Flavors are dry and body is full. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. This dark brown ale poured with thin tan head that quickly dissipated. There is a smooth malty taste that is neither sweet nor bitter. The body is rather watery, but otherwise a decent brew.

(On tap) Black and opaque with a beige head. Lightly burned aroma with some licorice. Medium body with sweetish, roasted malts and a vaguely burned edge. The finish is dry with basically no bitterness. 250307
