Feb 16, 2006 Draft at brewpub, early Dec ’05. Buttery yellow and hazy with small head. Good lemony citrus aroma, some clove spiciness. Lemony grassy malt flavors, with a sweeter finish, and more clove notes. Decent.

Jun 14, 2004 (Draft: San Marcos Brewery & Grill in San Diego, CA) Starts off with a fairly spicy nose like a Belgian; The flavor features a nice spiciness, banana, bubble gum, and a moderate sweetness, and once again, is strongly suggestive of a Belgian; Palate is medium bodied, a little sticky from the sweetness, but not heavy or cloying; Banana yellow in color and fully cloudy as expected from an unfiltered wheat; Off-white head fades fast and leaves no lacing whatsoever
