| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 30, 2008 Decent sized frothy off-white head of fine bubbles. Light carbonation. Light malty aroma with not a lot going for it. Some grainy notes also. Dark copper brown in color. Light and malty with a bit of pear and a hint of floral hops. Pretty generic brew in many aspects but still better than most macro swill. Soft malty palate. Finishes pretty clean and slightly sweet. Boring but not offensive. amishcaravan (237), Winona, Minnesota, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 24, 2008 A cold pour spills a deep amber color with a tall froth. Good head retention and lacing to boot. Aromas of brisk steel. Medium nectar with good carbonation. Fruitcake malts and a mild hop bittering. The finish is bittered with a steely infusion. This beer is not real desireable to me but not exactly swill either. ChainGangGuy (2562), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 16, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, mahogany body with a scant, bubbly white head.
Smell: Toasted caramel maltiness with a scent of raisins soaked overnight in cooking sherry.
Taste: Flavors of caramel and toast with a full, sugary sweetness. The fruit and the sherry from aroma are present, but are at diminished levels for the taste. Slight graininess throughout. Light floral hoppiness with an equally light bitterness. Sweet, grainy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not a bad lil’ beer at all! Simple, but tasty. shp555 (1682), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
