Draught at Falling Rock. Beer is clear, medium/dark brown with a small, off-white, frothy, diminishing head.
The aroma is malty with moderate note of toasted grain, light notes of caramel and biscuit; Hoppy with light notes of floral honeysuckle, herbs; Yeasty with a light note of basement.
The flavor is moderately sweet, light/moderately bitter, trace acidic with a long, lightly bitter, lightly sweet finish.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
Mostly in order.

Draught, Falling Rock. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is medum to dark brown. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted bread, caramel), lightly hoppy (herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Not bad; it has the right characters, but none of them in quite the right amounts (meek aroma, too syrupy sweet, etc.). A good effort though.

On tap @ Falling Rock poured a clear reddish brown with a large lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel and fruitiness. Palate was medium to full bodied and smooth. Flavors of rich carmel and dark fruit with a lingering bittersweet finish.
