GABF-on tap pours a thin white head with yellow/gold color. Aroma is light saaz hops. Taste is light saaz hops-bitter.

Grainy, lightly spicy and grassy hop forward aroma. Clear golden body with a low white head that diminishes to ring. Grainy, strongly spicy flavour is overbalanced somewhat towards the hops with a moderately bitter character. Light body with strong, crisp carbonation. Sampled on tap at the Sandlot at Coors Field.

Tap at brewery. Pours a nice gold with good carbonation. Aroma is sour hops. Flavor is lagery with skunky hops. Palate is watery. Uninspired.

Smallish white head lasts above the clear light golden beer. Nicely herbal nose, hinting now at lime and lemon, then at flowers, while the clean fermentation has cut through the malt sweetness all it could eat. We`re left with a lean, fully carbonated crisp and grainy pilsner of adequate bitterness and generous citric freshness.

09.30.05 Tap at brewpub. Very pale straw. I don’t get much in the way of hops on the nose, but I do get some cardboard. Tastes adjuncty and not real exciting. Grainy and not very dry.
