This beer just might be the single worst stout I’ve ever had. If not, it’s easily the worst I’ve had in a year or two. Words just don’t do justice with this crap. The aroma of smelling someones vomit who just drank about 8 cups of coffee is about the best way to sum it up. The beer pours out a dark black color with a HUGE, HUGE head which would suggest this was infected possibly. Flavor is sour, stomach acid, some roasted malt notes and LOTS and LOTS of charcoal and ash. An absolute drainpour.

Bomber. Light coffee aroma, with a reddish brown head that dies out pretty quickly. Dark brown color. Rather fizzy for a stout, and tingly on the tongue. Very rich, roasted malt flavor, with a bitter aftertaste that’s a little too overpowering for my taste. Difficult to rate, liked the rich flavor but a little course tasting, as organic beers sometimes are. Slight amount of sediment in the bottom of the glass. Would drink again, but there are definitely better stouts out there.

Black with a fleeting khaki head. Good smell of chocolate syrup and a mocha coffee. Medium body and smooth. Good taste mirrors the nose with cocoa infused coffee and a mild roasted nuttiness. This brew tastes more chocolatey than Youngs or Rogues Choco stouts ! Very easy drinking. No off flavors or smells, quite nice.3147

Appearance: Pours a dark brown, near black body with a small, light tan head. Smell: Roasted barley aroma lends itself a decent coffee scent with a bit of chocolate. Taste: Roasted barley and flavors of dark chocolate and morning blend coffee with a subtle sweetness (along with a twinge of acidity). All of it eases up for a mildly roasty finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Good enough for a light stout.

Bomber. Poured clear, very deep chocolatey brown with just about zero head or otherwise apparent carbonation. The aroma picked up lightly-roasted sweeter chocolates, molasses, and dark fruits with a light air of sour toasted grains and caramel.. came together rather well. The flavor was a touch messy, with tacky darker chocolates at the core, caramel and tar on the sides, and a bitter herbal and fruity finish.. none of the flavors really popped, and they seemed to clash a bit. Medium-bodied, tending toward the bitter side on the palate.. the dry, warmer finish was enjoyable.. wish this had more carbonation.

Pours black with a small brown head, aroma is grainy, flavor is chocolate, and bitter sweet, over all pretty good stout
