Pours dark brown, good clarity, offwhite head. Aroma is roasted malt. Flavor is very roasted and actually a bit acrid. That might be ok in a stout but this is supposed to be a brown ale. Flavor is very dry. Finish is clean.

Not bad, but, as with all organics it seems, its missing something. Pours clear brown with a small bubbly head. Musty, earthy caramel malt and nuts. Taste is watery caramel, nuts, some roasted malt, and cola. Below average.

Weak brown that may have suffered due to the higher octane beers at Savor. They get some points for being Organic. Slightly watery with a decent nuttiness factor.

Bomber. Pours very dark brown, with a smallish brown head. Aroma is roast malt, with notes of chocolate and coffee, and hints of caramel. Roast malt flavor as well, quite dry and ashy at times, with a bit of hops in the finish, and a bit of acidity. A little one-dimensional, but pretty intense, and not bad if you like roasted malt.

Dark brown, with small head. Slight aroma of malts and pear. Flave very mineral-based, with some charred tast as well. Very dry, plus some acidity. A touch of aroma hops to finish it off. Not particularly memorable.

Bomber. Dusty brown roasted ale aroma. Deep mahogany color with a decent tan head. Medium body with mild, creamy carbonation. Flavor is dark roasted malt, nearly toasted, with chocolate notes. It approaches a porter in character. There is enough bitter to keep the malt within reason. The bitter tends to build with time.

In a bottle from local BevMo. Sturdy tan head, dark brown color. Lots of toasted malt taste. Mouthfeel a little watery. Slightly toasty aroma. Detected a slight musty off-taste. Otherwise, a pretty hearty and tasty brew that goes down surprisingly smooth.
