Bottle 1928 of 3708 from Papago Brewing. Pours a thick looking brownish black with a huge brown head. Aroma of cocoa, roasted barley, coffee, vanilla, dark malts. Flavor is chocolate, coffee, vanilla, brown sugar, fruit. Finishes with a bit of coffee or chocolate bitterness and a interesting fruity taste (apricot?). Nice creamy mouthfeel and alcohol well hidden.

Bottled. Pours black with a dark brown head. Big bitter coffee aroma with roasted notes and some hints of sweet chocolate shining through the mostly bitter aroma. There are also some smokey notes upon further inspection. Smooth creamy mouthfeel. Some bitter coffee flavor with some spices. Chalky with some vanilla. Finish is chalky and bitter.
