hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA Oct 28, 2004 Rated this beer at the Ziegler Keller Braustuberl in Dachau, Germany. A lot of flavor for a LA style of beer. I was much surprised. Softly carbonated and cloudy appearance with a pale yellow hue. Malty and banana? aroma. Sweet, malty and some hops in the flavor. Good lacing. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Oct 9, 2004 The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 45. This bottled brew from the Ziegler Keller Braustuberl in Dachau Germany poured a medium sized head of mostly disappearing small sized white colored bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated slightly cloudy yet transparent yellow colored body and a good lacing for a LA. The aroma was a mild malt hop one that was also very nice for a LA beer. The mouth feel was mild with a mild tingle that lasted into the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt bread dough and hops. This was a very nice LA over all.
