Jan 7, 2006 On draft in Vaihingen, Germany at some restaurant. Poured a cloudy light brown with a full fluffy off white head. Moderate yeast aroma with banana and clove. Flavor is exactly as it should be- full of yeast, banana, and spice. Lightly sweet. Medium body. Vey drinkable and very nice.

Nov 20, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy amber colour with only a small head. Soft, oily mouthfeel but not overly aromatic. This lacks some fruit and complexity - please tune up the flavours. 190203

Feb 3, 2005 I do believe this is my first dunkelweizen. Which would probably explain the general cofusion in my notes (and my bad handwriting). Lots of herbs and cloves. A weissbier flavor with a malt aftertaste.

Dec 11, 2002 Another one of my "hometown beers" Grew up in that area and had lots of these. Like this one more than their Hefeweizen. Sweet malty taste! Enjoy!
