Sapporo Kiritto Special Brew

Another addition to the already overcrowded macro lager market in Japan. Has one distinguishing feature, a bit of a spicy aftertaste. I wonder what hops they use?

Tastes much like any other American Standard lager. Unlike most Japanese beers, this one’s not particularly dry. I like the cobalt blue metallic can, however, it imparts a hint of metallic taste to the beer.

Crisp, refreshing. Slightly sweet. Hoppy. A good beer.
