Oct 11, 2006 Bottle at Sapporo (sushi bar) in A’dam. This is my favorite over Asahi. Much stronger and more flavourful. Tall head, again. Coupled with excellent sushi it was a real delight, as always, to imbibe.

Bottled at my favorite sushi place. This beer is all about the environment for me. Its so rare that I have sushi, that this and the other big names in this style are not familiar enough to me. Maybe next time I will order one of each to side by side taste. This is just a plain lager.

Golden pour with almost no head. Very little aroma the first thought that came to mind was corn but just not sure. Flavor was semi sweet and pretty clean. No bitter of anykind. Not a bad beer but just lacking in aroma and flavor.

Crushed with Jakebra. Wow. Drinking water with some nast and hopefully some alcohol added in. Bland, flavorless, a non-word-remembering motherfucker.

Pee yellow. Some head. It smells like the day after someone spilled a bunch of beer on your carpet.Tastes sweet, corny, gross. Not very good.

On draught at Cefe Nema with jazz in the background. Pale yellow, clean refreshing flavor with very dry finish. Several steps above the bottled version. Thumbs up.

Can. Labeled as Sapporo Imported Premium , produced in Canada. Musty aroma, with some malt. Slightly sweet faint flavor, hint of bitterness in the finish. Not much of anything.

12 oz. can pours typical clear golden with thin white head. Really a pretty good lager. Aroma is typical malt and corn and flavor follows. This one and tecate are my two favorite summertime/session lagers.
