The carbonation level was very low and it didn’t make much of a head. Its aroma and flavor were subdued with hints of light malts and rice. There was only a slight dry bitterness on the tongue. The body was thin with a mild carbonation and a crisp clean finish. Over all a very simple ok beer.

Has a nice inviting skunky smell to it, a lot of hops hit the nose as well.
The hops pretty much domionate the tongue, but it leaves the mouth a little dry.
An okay beer that I probably wouldnt’ seek out in the future.

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 5, 2008 Tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Not a bad beer necessarily. It has a nice flavor but very weak. Sweet malty flavor with a mild touch of hops. esjaygee (1537), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 4, 2008 Golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of light malts, some fruit. Taste is pretty bland and watery. Finish is dry and astringent. FishManLA (297), Abita Springs, Louisiana, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 3, 2008 About as pale yellow as pale lagers get. Fizzy 7up like head that dissipates within seconds. Fairly nice nose for a pale lager with notes of wheat, yeast, and grass. Hop and malt apparent in the taste which has a nice little hoppy snap to it. As is usual with pale lagers, there’s no finish. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | May 1, 2008 A decent lager with a bite at the end...not too big. Goes great with sushi and compliments hot sake making the beer taste sweeter and really brings out the hops and malts.
