It’s light golden and light head. It’s flavor is wheat and malt, and tart. It’s not bitter at all. It’s ok for a dining brew. changeup45 (798), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 12, 2008 A small notch above some of the American Lagers we have (Bud, Miller, Mich.) Light golden colored, not a bad head on it. Tastes like it could be a mix between a Lager and a wheat, as wheat and malts are in there. A touch sweet. Again, not bad, not great. Average? It is somewhat refreshing, I’ll give it that. Didn’t sample this with any Japanese food but I don’t see how it would be any better that way. ILduce (135), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Subdues aromas of sweet malt and hops. Tastes only the slightest bit malty with some rice. Papery mouthfeel with a watery finish. BeerFanDan17 (625), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA

As I recall, this was a typical macrobrewed pilsner. Nothing special. kidmartinek (988), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Pours pee yellow, clear, see through, 2 inch off white empty foam head. Smells like mild barely malt with the obligatory adjuncts corn and rice for pale lagers. Why is pale lager a synoym for crap beer? Taste is slightly peppy. Mouthfeel watery, running, thin. There’s a decent amount of hop bitterness (just enough to know a hop, (or two) went into the multi-hundred barrel vat this stuff was brewed in. Despite my bashing, its more drinkable, than most American Pale lagers. Pay attention, C-level beer wahoos of America. Yup, the Japs beat you at your own game. bluemooner (237), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Apr 4, 2008 Pours a golden piss-yellow. Head is white and foamy. Aroma is generic, yeasty. Flavor is much the same. Japanese Budweiser. Thats obviously not a good thing. Try it if you just want to add it to the list, or happen to be at a Japanese ballpark. Otherwise, go with something else.
