Pale yellow, big fluffy white head disappearing quickly. Light floral aroma. Very mild flavor, fluffy, a little yeasty, almost no detectable hops. Inoffensive at least.

Experienced this in Japan, so the flavor and aroma are significantly superior to the Canadian brewed Sapporo available in the U.S. Very refreshing brew and perfect accompianment to grilled meats.

Bottle @ Spring Rolls, Toronto - Boring, but pleasant with light Japanese fare. Virtually no aroma, very light flavour and colour, strong carbonation.

Great with food... Light in color and great with Sushi, but you won´t crave it when you get back home...

Bottled. Light yellow with medium head. Nice yeast and grass aroma for a light beer. Has slightly more taste than other light beers, but still not much, with a watery finish. Good for a light beer, but less than many beers. Would be good witih food.

[107-20061118] Tap @ East Winds (Pittsburgh, PA). Light yeast aroma with an asian influence somehow. Clear, light yellow body with some middle bubbles and a medium-lasting white head with some lacing. Typical light beery flavour, comes together. Light body. Great with sushi but forgettable.

Light golden with a decent head. The aroma is slightly hoppy and the flavour is thin with a few notes of hop and flower. The Finish has an OK bitterness.

Completely boring and unremarkable. Right in style with many American macro brews, with a little more flavor. Can only be described as a quencher. Decent with food.
